I know what it's like to be the woman everyone depends on.
As an elementary teacher, wife, mom, and health coach, I’ve spent much of my life caring for others. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was giving all my energy to others, and leaving none for myself at the end of the day. I didn’t need more discipline. I needed a different approach—one nourishing meal, one evening walk, one boundary, one small habit at a time. Today, I'm passionate about helping other women do the same.

Three things I bring to every session.
The framework I bring to every session, whether you are starting fresh or rebuilding after a stretch that got away from you. Three things you can count on, every time.
Real life over perfection.
I don’t believe wellness should fall apart the moment life gets busy. We work with the schedule you already have—not the one you wish you did. Because healthy habits should support your life, not compete with it.
Small steps that create space.
A glass of water before coffee. Ten minutes outside. A lunch packed the night before. Tiny shifts may seem insignificant, but they’re often what help busy women reclaim time, energy, and a little more of themselves.
Compassion over criticism.
You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else. In our sessions, you get a space that’s just for you. I’ll provide evidence-based guidance, accountability, and encouragement—without guilt, pressure, or all-or-nothing thinking.
Wellness isn't a destination. It's the quiet way you treat yourself when no one's watching.

How I trained for this work.
I'm a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with more than three years of experience helping busy women build healthier, more sustainable lives. My holistic training recognizes that lasting wellness isn't just about what you eat. It's about how you nourish your body, manage stress, move, sleep, and care for yourself in everyday life. Combined with behavior change science and practical habit-building, my approach helps you create healthy routines that truly fit your real life.
...it's what makes these moments possible

Home in Elmhurst. Inspired by the world.
Some of my favorite memories with my husband and son have been made exploring new places, hiking scenic trails, and cooking together - whether it's in our own kitchen, or learning a new cuisine halfway across the world. Those moments inspire the way I coach: health isn’t about perfection. It’s about building a life that gives you the energy to enjoy the people and moments that matter most.

The best views are outside your comfort zone.
Spoiler alert: I was terrified to try the zip line. But this moment reminded me that growth rarely happens inside our comfort zone. Whether it's conquering your fear of heights or building healthier habits, the hardest part is often taking the first step.

Healthy habits are contagious.
This wasn't about the HIIT workout. It was about spending time together, having fun, and showing that movement can be something we enjoy for a lifetime.

Make room for joy.
True wellness is found in laughter, new experiences, and finding healthy ways to blow off steam on a date night. Sometimes, that even means throwing an axe.
