Welcome to My “One Thing” Series

The topics of nutrition and health are super confusing. There’s a lot of contradicting info out there, not to mention the hundreds of various diets (Keto, vegan, paleo, pescatarian…) So, it’s hard to know what to do. And there are so many things we think we should be doing that it becomes completely overwhelming, so instead of trying to do even just one or two of those things, we sit on the couch binge-watching Netflix with a pint of ice cream (may or may not be a true story from my life).

That’s where I’d like to help. I’m all about baby steps…making small changes, one at a time, so they feel doable and comfortable and most importantly, sustainable. Each month I’ll suggest to you one small thing to do (or not do). And I’d love for you to really commit to it, and see how you feel at the end of that month. This might mean setting reminders on your phone or sticking post-its around your house so you don’t forget. The hope, of course, is that thing becomes a regular part of your routine that you don’t really have to think about. If it’s something that’s already a habit for you, hooray! Take that month to celebrate your healthy routine, and focus on noticing how doing it makes you feel.

Coming Soon! One Thing to…Stop Doing

Stay Tuned in coming months for One Thing to…Throw Out, Embrace, Wait For, Shift and more!

Healthfully Yours,

Nicole
